Our most recently completed development is the Pflugerville Office Park in Pflugerville, Texas. Upcoming projects include Schertz Commerce Park, Lakeway Retail Center and Frontera Ranch Estates, an exclusive ranchette community.

The Graners have been in the real estate business since 1957. Starting out in California, then relocating to Texas in the early 1970s, the Graner name has been the one to turn to for professional property management.
